Frankie fit me in when no one else could (it was a bad winter around here) and started working right away. Other problems, which the previous owner of my house had covered up, were discovered during the renovation process, and they took care of all of it for me. So I am satisfied with the work completed.I rated 4 instead of 5 due to the pricing discrepancy from online to reality. Safe-Dry charges you based on square footage regardless of whatever "coupon" is out there. My house is small so the rate turned out to be only a slight difference. If you want a known flat rate service, go to the other carpet cleaner in town.“

“So thankful and blessed how quickly Rainbow International of Knoxville responded to water pipe bursting and flooding all of downstairs. They came out night it happened on December 24,2022 And started 36 fans to help dry out. Packed up everything 2 days later and started restoration. They walked insurance adjuster thro what needed restoration and provided diagnostics when needed. I was completely overwhelmed and do not know what I would have done without them walking with me through all the restoration I highly recommend this Company and all Their employees.“
