Morgan was great to work with. She replicated my wife’s bouquet in a flower pressing for our 10th wedding anniversary. She sourced all the correct flowers and preserved them so beautifully. She was easy to work and communicate with about the whole process. It turned out to be a wonderful and timeless gift. I cannot recommend her enough.
Atmosphere is on point. I was made to feel welcomed and absolutely comfortable as soon as I came into the door until the moment I left.
I arrived 15 minutes early prior to my appointment time to show that I was going to show up for my chosen appointment. They were finished prepping the room for my massage within 5 minutes. Roseza was my masseuse. She was ready for me. I informed her that I have fallen asleep during a massage in my past. She said it was a sign of a good massage.
I had a rough spot in my back left shoulder from driving many miles. My 90 minute massage started by working on the pain in my shoulder. After attending to my shoulder, she went on with the rest of my body massage. Roseza was very thorough and operated smoothly. She finished my massage. When she left the room for me to get dressed; my body felt relaxed and very heavy. I was slow to get up, then got dressed and went to the front where Roseza was waiting for me. I was given a bottle of water to drink to hydrate my body. I thought that I had fallen asleep, but was unsure. I asked Roseza whether I had fallen asleep. She informed me that I fell asleep several times.
It was a very good massage by Roseza. I left feeling much better and my shoulder was feeling good. The facilities were very clean and professional. Overall, an excellent experience! Thanks, Terry V.

I traveled 2 1/2 hours to Studio 31 after many fails from getting my hair cut and styled in my home town. Tamera was very professional. She listened to my concerns and provided positive feedback. The atmosphere was very comfortable. She gave me a touch up relaxer, and a new haircut…pixie cut. I love it. I already booked my next hair appointment for next month. Walked in and my regular hairdresser was on vacation. Taken back in under 10 minutes. Never used this lady before showed her a picture an asked could she do this. She responded yes I do that style a lot. I’m not easy to please. When she was done it looked just like the picture. She was very nice and did awesome.

I don't live in the area and had an awful ingrown toenail to deal with. This place was close to where I was staying and had nice reviews. When I got there, I was quickly and pleasantly greeted and asked what I needed. I shared I had a special situation. The young man who did my pedicure was diligent, pleasant and successfull at remedying the issue. If I lived here, this would definitely be my go-to place for Mani's and Pedi's.

Sam always does a phenomenal job! It's not easy finding a stylist that can do a wide range of hairstyles, especially them young people haircuts. But Sam? He can pretty much do it all. I drive all the way from Murfreesboro to go to Sam cause there's no one like him.

Got my nipples done last night by Bailey and it turned out AMAZINGLY. And it MUST be said that my piercer was the G.O.A.T she talked me through the process, was very attentive and pleasant. Definitely would recommend. And I’ll be coming back for my first tattoo and another piercing but by Shanna then. CAN’T WAIT

Chad and TJ knocked it out of the park at Henderson Health & Rehab — they tackled a collapsed sewer line and had it fully repaired in just about two hours. Fast, professional, and impressive work all the way around!
Wow, I was blown away with how fast, affordable, competent and genuinely nice they were.
I called them on a Thursday afternoon, they came on Friday morning, fixed multiple leaks and replaced a toilet and was out of my house by 11AM, and were surprisingly affordable.

Jackson and the surrounding areas are in the middle of a weather freeze! I called at least 10 companies to assist me with my water leak! McMillion Plumbing came within a few hours when other companies were giving me 24 hours to a week before they could respond to my emergency call. Please share my experience with everyone you come in contact with because both of McMillion Plumbing technicians went above and beyond to assist me. Thank your company a thousand times over!!!!

Recently I had a problem with my side by side Whirlpool refrigerator freezing up. I contacted Mr. David Butler, and he explained to me the problem and how to fix it myself. By following his recommendations, we were able to fix the problem at no cost. I greatly appreciate his kindness and assistance in resolving my issue and would highly commend him to anyone in need of help with their appliances.

The Locksmith was polite, professional, and quick.
The service starting with the lady who called me back, after my call went to voicemail was so kind, and courteous.
She set up my appointment and within 20 minutes the Locksmith had arrived. My lockout was residential and they were kind, verified my address and got the job done, without damaging my lock.
The other locksmith I called for a quote said they would have to drill and the lock wouldn’t be able to be in use again. In addition, they cost about $10-$20 more to come out, and that does not include the cost of unlocking the lock itself.
Tyler and Jimmy arrived right on time as promised! They let me know their arrival window would be between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m., and they showed up at 9:25. I really appreciate their promptness and professionalism. I had contacted five other locksmith companies, and not one returned my call—even after I left voicemails! I highly recommend their services. I was in the Medina area, and they were able to come out quickly to assist me.
I got my doors re-keyed and ask for 3 keys as well as assistance with installing a smart lock. Which totaled up to $235.

I needed some electrical work done in my house and all local contractors were booked up. I called John H. Allen and he was readily available, although he would have to drive from Jackson, TN, a bit of a drive. There were two separate days of work, one with one of his contractors, and the other with Mr. Allen himself. Both were professional and did excellent work. My fuse box is really old and that is the main reason that Mr. Allen had to do the final work himself. I was very pleased with their work. It was all completed on October 14, 2022.

JMS is a great company to work with! I called to get an estimate for a new metal roof and they came in less than an hour. I received the estimate right away and it was the best estimate I got compared to other companies. JMS has already completed my roof while some other companies I contacted have yet to provide me an estimate. The JMS Roofing crew did an excellent job at installing the roof. They worked hard all day, even when the weather conditions were not favorable. Upon completion they cleaned up my yard very well. Overall the company did quality work, was very professional, and I highly recommend JMS!

Highly recommend Brock and Mitchell of Davis Brothers Tree Care. Brock provided us with an extremely fair quote for a few large tree removals, several large trees needing trimming, removal of bag worms, as well as stump grinding in multiple areas on our property. Upon agreeing to the contract they came out one week later to start. The crew arrived on time and worked hard the entire day, making sure they left our yard in excellent condition. Safety was also a top priority among the crew. We were so pleased with their quality workmanship the first round, we have hired them again for another area we want to address. We had to have 3 trees removed- 2 very large & 1 large (in the middle of my garden). Matthew Phinnessee with Phinnessee Tree LLC did a fantastic job for us. It was amazing to watch the precision & skill. Our home & our neighbor’s house were very close to the 2 largest trees, but every cut was placed on the landing zones they had prepared. Crossroads Tree Service is simply the best! Joe and Adam came out the same day I called for an estimate and did a complete walk thru of our entire property to assess our needs. Adam and his crew worked diligently for five days to trim back overhanging limbs, take away dead trees, and clear brush. The whole team was very considerate of our property and communicated multiple times a day as to their plan. They truly cared about our trees and left our grounds looking beautiful and more healthy than they found them. They were meticulous about cleaning up after their work as well. I had a tooth to break over the Christmas break. There was no pain so I just left a message for them to call me when they opened. Monday morning I received a phone call before 8:15. They set me an appointment the same day. I knew going in that I would need the tooth pulled. I figured with it being a short work week due to New Year's that I would have to set another appointment to have tooth extracted. Dr. King pulled tooth the same day for me. He always spends so much time explaining processes and what to expect. Even though I am not a fan of the dental work, Dr. King is the best Dentist! I am going to be in trouble if he ever retires!

10 stars!! Dr. Creech and all of the staff are amazing. They are very informative, compassionate, and friendly. I’m fortunate to live so close to such a great vet, but even if I move farther away, I’ll be making the drive to the Pet Care Center of South Jackson. Your babies are in good hands there.
I have been using this animal clinic for 25 years. I wouldn't go any where else. I have had 2 poodles, a shih tzu and Labradoodle that his gone.here.
I took my cat Darth Tater in on the 12th for a declaw appointment and picked him up on the 13th. My boyfriend and I put a lot of thought into doing this and Deming Vet services was the first place I called not knowing if they offered the service I was looking for or not. They were prompt to set me up an appointment as soon as they could. I can tell the staff took very good care of him as he seems to be in no pain and is so happy to be home and healing well. Thank you!!
Dr. Lifsey and Emily are absolutely amazing. They have taken such good care of our animals over the years. We really can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond to make sure our babies are taken care of. Words can’t express how much we appreciate them and all they do for our pets!
