My time slot was 8-12, and they showed up at 9:30 ( so well within the window!) I think my tech's name was Daniel...he was very polite and explained what he was doing. Cleaned my sofa and love seat very quickly, and they look great!

I want to say thank you thank you thank you James and his tech are absolutely the most professional group of people that you could ever hire and I highly recommend them for all of your cleaning purposes.
