I had a horrible experience at a nail salon here in Jackson last night when I went in to get my nails done for my wedding tomorrow. I ended up leaving before the poor girl could finish and instead came to Polished 5 Star on Vann Dr. today to get them soaked off and redone. I cannot say enough about how sweet, caring, and attentive the staff at Polished 5 star were! Johnny gave me queen treatment and made sure I was extremely happy with my nails and all throughout the appointment. Bissan did an amazing job fixing my nails and making sure they were exactly what I wanted for my wedding!! Thank you endlessly to Polished 5 Star!!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Johnny at Polished Five Star!! He was so kind and took the time to get to know me and made conversation the whole appointment! And he did an amazing job on my nails!!! Would recommend booking an appointment with him to anyone looking for a new go-to nail place. Will definitely book with him again!
