We have used Mike at Reliable Plumbing twice for unrelated issues: replace all our water cutoff valves and replaced facets and called again to add a safety cutoff valve for our gas fireplace. I call Reliable Plumbing and Mike answered the phone. I told him what was going on with the sewer, he told me he would be out at 4:00 and like clock work he was here. Reliable Plumbing really saved the day for me and my husband. We knew we had a leak because we had a high water bill and had JEA check the meter for us. We called another company in town who came by and told us the leak was under the house. I asked if they were positive, they said absolutely, and ending up giving us an estimate for overhead repiping at almost $8,000, which means holes in your walls behind every toilet, sink, shower, etc. I called Reliable Plumbing to get a second opinion, and these guys had the leak taken care of while we were both at work.
