We are very happy with our entire experience at Wood’s Custom Floors & Design - the installation of beautiful luxury vinyl planks on our main floor. The showroom selection process was easy as Julie took patient time in showing all the options, answering every question and giving advice in choosing the right quality, color and grain pattern. She even made several trips to our home to check on the installation progress. Installation was efficient including matching the paint/stain of different colors of molding. The crew moved/replaced our furniture/appliances with care, and left our environment clean every day. Crew leader Josh has excellent skills, is professional and respectful. Woods Custom Floors has installed numerous floors for me and my family. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is at the top of their list. In addition, with my busy schedule they are committed to bringing the store to me with free in-home shopping. That's right, they literally brought the store to me. Samples, design experts and all!
