My parents had Woods put in hardwood floors on their steps and the 2nd story of their home. They really wanted to go with someone local instead of the larger chains like Lowes or Home Depot and for quality they should have. They were able to get the floors put in and that’s it, no finishing touches. It took them forever to come and no time to leave! They would tell them that they were coming back to do the finishing touches but never did. So they have this beautiful home with the second floor that looks undone. Woods Custom Floors has installed numerous floors for me and my family. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is at the top of their list. In addition, with my busy schedule they are committed to bringing the store to me with free in-home shopping. That's right, they literally brought the store to me. Samples, design experts and all!
