So glad I purchased my shelter for piece of mind. They were easy to deal with ordering, and after installation I have called a few times to ask questions about maintenance, they are quick to help any way they can and have even mailed me instructions and materials at no cost. One of the best businesses that I have ever dealt with. Personel were pleasant and accurate. Everything that they promised happened just like they promised. Not used to that kind of service. The guys that installed were very professional and nice. Though it took longer than expected to get the shelter I think it was the best choice and everyone I had contact with were very helpful and professional.
