LIFT Wellness Center - Workout Facility

In from out of town. Only options for guests was a week pass for 39$. Only wanted to stop in for a quick workout. Ended up being able to workout there for free thanks to friendly staff. Great equipment, sauna, and weight room. Healthy grocery store located next door which was nice bonus. Will be back if they make short term access cheaper

Years ago, Mitzi was my neck therapist, and she was awesome. Now, Laura is my lower back PT, and she's working miracles. Joyce is my OT, she's helping me get my hand movement back after CT surgery. I highly appreciate their skills and how greatly they are helping me get my body back to reasonable comfort. I'm not good at doing my exercises at home because I'm so busy as a caregiver, but I keep my exercise sheets handy, and I'll use them. I still do the exercises that Mitzi gave me. I have the best physical health team at the Lift.The facility is always clean and well maintained. My husband has gone to the Lift several times for his therapy. I'm very pleased with everything the Lift has to offer. Not only do they have far more to offer as far as pool, rock wall, indoor track, equipment, steam room....they also have great classes and trainers. They absolutely go above and beyond with a focus on helping members achieve their goals.
