Jackson Heating & Air Conditioning always provides prompt, friendly and competent service for HVAC and plumbing problems. Jeremy was great, found the Freon leak that the past 3 techs told me didn’t exist; found it and videoed it in a matter of minutes. Fair and upfront. He’s professional and was very considerate. He did not rush and explained things. Only four stars bc of costs. Didn’t realize coolant was so expensive… $385 per lb. Rickie Williams was very thorough took his time, and he was an excellent communicator. He listened to my questions and concerns. He reassured that I knew everything what was going with my units. He was very respectful to my property. All the guys were great. They were very professional, kind and polite to elderly family as they worked and were careful to keep our house clean as they worked and put everything back when they finished. I highly recommend them.
Tech, Joel, was polite and professional. Took time to explain what he was doing. Just needed a new capacitor, and that was overpriced imo. He fixed it quickly and meter tested everything before finishing.
