We had the pleasure of working with both Mike and Ricky. Both men were extremely helpful, professional, kind and knowledgeable. Our upstairs HVAC went out on one of the hottest days so far this year. Mike was able to come the following morning and diagnose the problem. He then came out again the following day when I called him and he fixed our system just enough to get us through the weekend- when the parts for our new system would be delivered. He was easy to reach and truly showed he cared about us and our comfort in our home. Ricky was here first thing when our system arrived and was very thorough in the installation.
