I had reached out to Jeff for a quote on a repair. To an existing trane unit. It was prompt, thorough and gave an honest quote upfront. Although I didn't select Jeff to do the work Because I had a similar quote from the installer but i certainly appreciated his competitive pricing and his willingness to work with me. Outstanding! We had a leak in our A/C unit that was causing damage to our kitchen ceiling. Cue the panic! We were clearly in a jam, and Jeff and his team were recommended to me by a trusted friend. I reached out in the morning, he immediately advised me to cut off the unit and would be getting back in touch with availability. This was a Friday and we were hoping they could make it out same day b/c we certainly didn't want to head into a July weekend without A/C. After discussing the problem with Jeff and trying a couple of times to resolve the problem, it was apparent that a service call was required. Chase arrived at 5:15 and climbed the ladder into the hot attic . Then to the outside unit. He replaced a burned out capacitor and checked the refrigerant charge and he was on the road by 6:00. Great expert, professional, and friendly service. I will be recommending Heritage to my friends.
