Outstanding! We had a leak in our A/C unit that was causing damage to our kitchen ceiling. Cue the panic! We were clearly in a jam, and Jeff and his team were recommended to me by a trusted friend. I reached out in the morning, he immediately advised me to cut off the unit and would be getting back in touch with availability. This was a Friday and we were hoping they could make it out same day b/c we certainly didn't want to head into a July weekend without A/C. Thankfully, he had the kindest, most helpful, knowledgeable tech out by 3:45, and the problem was fixed, explained thoroughly, recommendations made on further prevention, and no pressure or upsell tactics at all....read full review
After discussing the problem with Jeff and trying a couple of times to resolve the problem, it was apparent that a service call was required. Chase arrived at 5:15 and climbed the ladder into the hot attic . Then to the outside unit. He replaced a burned out capacitor and checked the refrigerant charge and he was on the road by 6:00. Great expert, professional, and friendly service. I will be recommending Heritage to my friends.
Had a problem with split unit not cooling. Texted Jeff at Heritage Heating & Cooling at 6pm. He answered within 5 minutes. Came out the next day and fixed our problem. Have been a customer for almost 20 years and expect to be their customer for 20 more. Really appreciate you guys!
