Had a great experience with Gary. AC stopped working and Gary quickly worked us into the schedule. Needed a replacement part and he got creative with a solution to get us up and running while avoiding a potential much more expensive investment in a new unit. Service was above and beyond, and I appreciated the communication and information as we worked toward resolution.

Our AC went out and Gary was quick to get us into the schedule. We needed a replacement part and while installing that we found another component would need to be replaced. Gary found a creative solution going above and beyond to help us avoid a decision of whether or not we needed to completely replace the unit.

Gary and Brad at Air Environment Inc are absolutely amazing to work with. They have helped us with a service contract at our home where they have been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and helpful.Today they provided a full replacement of a previous "antique" system at our rental property. They provided terrific guidance about options for the equipment that we ultimately had them install and did an amazing job with the installation. What can I say - we love these guys!
