They ripped out all of our ductwork installed all new air handler, ductwork as well. “I was referred to Amaro Mechanical by my home warranty company. My 30+ year old HVAC system finally stopped working on a frigid Sunday morning this past January. I put the request for service in at 7am that morning and around 8am I received a call from Kevin. He explained he was on a job but would come by that morning. He actually arrived not too long after that conversation. After a very thorough inspection, he diagnosed the outside compressor ceased because the inside unit was not functioning. He explained the entire issue with the unit and unfortunately it was not repairable which I suspected. He was extremely diligent in working with myself and the home warranty company in regards to obtaining approval for a new system. My company actually approved the parts, equipment and for Kevin to perform the job ( I told them I didn't want any other company to do the job) either). That next Friday, Kevin had picked up the unit and stated that it would most likely be a two day job: that next day Saturday and Sunday. Kevin arrived a couple of hours earlier than expected on Saturday and was able to complete the entire job that same day! I was beyond thrilled, thankful and extremely satisfied with the service Kevin and his hard working son performed that day and actually my entire interaction and experience with Amaro Mechanical. They are definitely my go to contractors now for any heating, cooling or plumbing issues I may experience in the future.Service: Heating system installation“

“Ron was recommended to me by a good friend. We had a leak and were running in only auxiliary heat. Ron came out within an hour of me calling and got us taken care of. He was such a great guy to work with and made us feel like he was someone we had known for years. After having our best friend pass away that took care of all our heat and air work, I honestly never felt I'd ever find someone I could trust to work on our stuff. But Ron and Custom Air is definitely the one!!! We already have him set to come back and do our Spring and Fall maintenance. He is a pleasure to work with, honest and very reasonable, he knows how to take care of his customers. We highly recommend Ron and we will recommend him to anyone that we know that needs heat and air service.“

“If you are in the market for a new heating and air unit or if you need to have your current unit serviced I highly recommend HD Mechanical Heating & Cooling. Buddy and his crew did an amazing job installing a new unit, thermostat, and new duct work at our home. Our home is a split level so we had an extra unit added for the middle floor. Buddy took his time to assess and to explain the best route to take in our situation. We had another unit replaced a few years back by a different Heating & Air company and the workmanship on that unit paled in comparison to the workmanship of Buddy and his crew. Particularly the running of the outdoor cooling lines and electrical lines which they mounted neatly to the brick unlike the previous company's installation which did not mount the lines neatly and left them hanging. I wish I could include a picture so that you could see the difference. We also had him service our other two older units as well. We are thoroughly enjoying the comfort level difference the new unit is making on our middle floor and will be using HD Mechanical Heating & Cooling for continuing maintenance and upkeep of our units.“

Bryant has no insurance, is not licensed, is not bonded, has no business account with his suppliers except cash only. He is also not a BBB member as his business card shows. It was a pleasure dealing with the REAL owner and beginning the process of reporting this to the State of NC. My mistakes will be corrected very soon.“
