Met with Cretan Colov as a service plumber for Brother’s company and found him extremely knowledgeable and attentive to all my questions. He was able to give me many options at different prices and left his number for any follow up questions. The next day I called him with more follow up questions and he acknowledged and answered all my concerns. I would highly recommend.
The technicians and the people that answer the phones are very professional but it usually takes over 24 hours to get someone to your house. I called in on Monday at 1030am. They came Tuesday at 630pm. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I waited at home from 12n on both days because the window they gave me was 12n to 8pm. Now someone has to come back today between 12n to 4pm to replace thermostat. I understand they are very busy but a shorter appointment window time would be nice. They have a 24 hr guarantee which states they will give me $555 if that doesn't happen since they are the ones that put the HVAC in. Brothers Air,Heat and plumbing is awesome. the technician who came out was great very knowledgeable explained everything to us in detail. the installers that did the work were great very professional clean did a great job even came early we highly recommend them.
