I can’t thank Chad at American Air Heating & Cooling enough for going out of his way to help us out. We needed a part and even though it was a weekend and a holiday weekend at that, he still met my husband and got us the part we needed. We are so grateful as it was a very hot weekend! we have been using American Air for years. Since we moved here to Fort Mill. they are always quick to respond and we love the maintenance agreements. Dave is the one we usually deal with and he does an excellent job. He is very quick to respond and recently, his team installed a new air conditioning system for us. I've been a long time customer of American Air Heating and Cooling and use their preventive maintenance programs for seasonal checks, as well as having them replace a full HVAC unit and repairs as needed. Service is always prompt, technicians knowledgeable and professional. I recently had a thermostat act up and eventually go out on me (during our heat dome) and called in for service. I received a quick response and want to give a Hats off to Dave for being diligent and determined to get me back up and running.
