Ron was recommended to me by a good friend. We had a leak and were running in only auxiliary heat. Ron came out within an hour of me calling and got us taken care of. He was such a great guy to work with and made us feel like he was someone we had known for years. After having our best friend pass away that took care of all our heat and air work, I honestly never felt I'd ever find someone I could trust to work on our stuff. But Ron and Custom Air is definitely the one!!! We already have him set to come back and do our Spring and Fall maintenance. Ron doesn't believe in sales tactics; he believes in being honest and putting in a hard day's work. His integrity and 45 years of experience is evident, which made his company the easy choice to install our new HVAC unit. Install went wonderfully! Ron & Clinton listened to our unique home concerns and went above and beyond to solve them; their goal was to make us happy. They eliminated my worries and truly listened. They inspected what they expected and even found several ducts that had fallen and fixed them. They cleaned up and we're simply wonderful to work with. You can't put a price on peace of mind.
