Great company to work with! Communications is awesome - easy to get in touch with, they e-mail and text updates to appointments and copies of work orders/invoices, text when they are on the way, etc. Service guys were very professional, let us know what they were doing during the whole process, were very neat/clean and treated our house as if it was their own. Overall, they did a fantastic job and were a pleasure to deal with! Highly recommend Elite!!Service: HVAC system maintenance

Very knowledgeable. Their front staff was excellent and always answered the phone quickly. They were patient with all of my questions, and if I needed a call back, it was super fast. The on call is more than an answering service like most places. They actually had some knowledge themselves and were quick to have the oncall person give us a call even when there was not an urgent need. I am very pleased we bought a unit from them
