I was referred to Amaro Mechanical by my home warranty company. My 30+ year old HVAC system finally stopped working on a frigid Sunday morning this past January. I put the request for service in at 7am that morning and around 8am I received a call from Kevin. He explained he was on a job but would come by that morning. He actually arrived not too long after that conversation. After a very thorough inspection, he diagnosed the outside compressor ceased because the inside unit was not functioning. He explained the entire issue with the unit and unfortunately it was not repairable which I suspected. Kevin was very professional and had a great attitude. We were working with a warranty company which took four weeks to get parts etc. He kept in touch almost daily and was an advocate for us throughout the process. I highly recommend Kevin and his services!Service: Repair HVAC
