The service technician did an outstanding job in performing the scheduled maintenance on the dehumidifier. He installed two CO2 monitors as well. This technician is very knowledgeable and efficient with time management. I would recommend him to anyone getting HVAC service.Service: HVAC system maintenance

Not at all happy. Have used you for 25 years and always been pleased with with you at my multiple places. But not today. I bought a new heater and air conditioner for one of my rentals. Not 3 years ago from you. You sold it to me and installed it. Wasn’t even a few months and there was a coolant leak in the inside at the coil, you fixed and it was covered under the year warranty. Now it’s leaking again and it’s going to cost me close to $2,000.00!!!!! I am pissed!!!!?Update: You made it right. Thank you. You refunded me for the after hours visit charge, diagnostic charge and honored the warranty by replacing the unit and didn’t charge me for labor or Freon....read full review
