Olde Towne installed my HVAC in a new home built/bought in 2022. Had a quirky issue in 2023. They were very responsive & helpful in resolving the issue. All good! Would highly recommend! Thank you Olde Towne customer service & field service!

I have used this company now for at least a decade. Bought two new units from them during that time. When my upstairs unit stopped working last night, I just knew I would need a new unit again. But to my delight, only a capacitor. Jordan was on time and efficient today and even gave me a heads up as to when he would arrive. I was also pleasantly surprised that they could get to me the same day I called. This is how HVAC people should be.

Curtis came out and determined the issue of why all our rooms were warmer than the rest of our home. He spent time talking with us about the care of our system and things we could do to help airflow. He was extremely pleasant to speak with and very knowledgeable.
