Our technician, Curtis, was on time, friendly and very professional. He was very thorough. He went through everything he saw in our upstairs unit, outside unit and the yearly check up plan we had purchased. He was there to assess our systems and not trying to upsell us things we didn’t need. He explained all of our reading etc. I would recommend this company to everyone!

We purchased our unit from Olde Towne H&A. When we purchased it, the owner himself came out and we took his recommendation for a Bryant heat pump. It is 16 years old and we have never had an issue. We always do annual maintenance and my husband checks it in between and adds bleach tabs to the condensate drain monthly. I request Curtis for every appointment because of his professionalism and courtesy.
