Kevin Austin and his team offer incredible products and services, they are fairly priced, and inspect what they expect. In two houses, they were able to diagnose what others were not able to figure out. Their solutions were installed quickly, run very quiet and offer a great warranty on labor and parts. Austin Air also replaced the entire duct system in our home. This was a major project impacting 80% of the house, had to be done under containment and coordinated with drywall and an environmental company. Our air quality is now superb! Our heat pump's outside unit went out yesterday. 92 degrees and the same was forecast for today. But . . . Caleb from Austin Air came out less than one hour after I called for the first time ever, diagnosed the faulty capacitor which prevented the Payne (Carrier) unit's condenser fan from starting, replaced it, and I had A/C again in less than 60 minutes. Fantastic service from a thoughtful technician who honestly wanted to fix my issue - not sell me things I didn't need, talk about getting a new system, and more of what so many of the "big HVAC companies" do these days.
