Wish I could give 10 stars. Had one well-known local HVAC company come out because my house wasn't cooling adequately. $32,000 estimate for a new 5 ton system; or a ~$7K band-aid to maybe hold it over for the summer. In the heat of the summer, almost handed over my credit card. Then had JAC come out to give a competing quote. Before even talking replacement costs the technician cleaned and recharged my existing unit for a tiny percentage of that quote from the other guys. House is cold and it's 98 degrees outside right now. Said we should more than another year or more left in the system.
JAC Services are the best, most reliable, HVAC company in the Charleston area. Eric Allen and team are professional, responsive and very reasonably priced. They responded to our emergency within an hour, solved or AC problem shortly thereafter and even followed up a couple of days later to make sure everything was okay and we were satisfied. Now that’s service!
I was having an issue with my unit cooling my FROG. I called JAC and they got me scheduled 1st thing the following day. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and efficient. Most importantly they didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. These are the guys I trust.
