These guys did a great job working on the heat pump at my vacation home recently, they were prompt & punctual, responsive 24/7, and charge an amazing $99 price on service calls anytime of the day (no "after-hours" up-charges). Their service plan packages are awesome too. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone use One Hour HVAC for last minute emergencies or scheduled service plans. Shout outs to Kim, Stephanie, and Shawn for doing a great job! Thanks a bunch
Shawn was awesome and very professional. He explained to me what my issue was and fixed it right away. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thanks again!!
Ivan was fantastic! He thoroughly serviced both of my air conditioners and clearly explained some work I might want to do in the future. He was definitely five stars!
