My Trane AC decided to quit cooling last night. I called Rescue at 8:00 AM today. Brent had installed this unit a few years ago and I was impressed with his work and professional demeanor. I was told he was not in the office, but they would send Joseph to my house at 11:30 today. He and Grant arrived and immediately went up into my scorching attic to check out the air handler. That was working, so they went outside to check the unit. Joseph came back in and told me he found the problem and I asked him to replace the broken part. I could not be more pleased with the service I get from rescue heating and Air. Brett is always courteous and up front with what is going on and cost. In times of emergency I get help immediately and problems are corrected.
Brent responded immediately to a water leak we had. We thought it was an AC drain pan issue, but he searched out the source of the water leak, diagnosed it correctly, and helped us find a reliable plumber. Brent goes out of his way to get things done right.
