“I made a urgent call on a Sunday night to Braisington, our AC had stopped blowing cold air and the coils were frozen. Then sent out David the very next morning.After diagnosing the problem I was going to have to replace the unit. David explained to me the different units, their warranty and an estimate. I was terrified of having to come up with a large sum. He explained the finance options and left for the day.David called me the next day to let me know that he had found a deal that saved me almost 1/3rd the cost. I took 2 days to come up with the funds but by Friday Morning they were installing my new unit.I can't thank Braisington Plumbing Heating and air enough for there fast, affordable and professional quality service. “Chris was my service technician. Joey was my my sales representative. Both were prompt, professional and pleasant. He showed me pictures of my 20+ year old HVAC systems’ inside and outside each unit and air handlers. He willingly did a quote to fix and sent a sales representative to give quotes and options on new units. We’re in our 60s and these Raheem units will last the rest of our lives. I really appreciate that both men came on the same day because I had the day off. Our work is scheduled for this Saturday. I can leave another review after the work is complete.“
