Today I had water backup in kitchen sink. Called Cassell Bros about 8:10am & technician was here by 9:20am. He diagnosed worn out/gunned up cast iron water drainage pipes from 1952 when house was built. He left to get supplies & had water drainage pipes in kitchen & bathroom changed to PVC pipe by 4:30pm. Can’t get much better than that! My technician was excellent. (I checked all services that Cassell has done over the years. Not all done today!)
