“We had an issue with our home AC not cooling, and ended up requiring a complete replacement. I have a home warranty service for HVAC repairs however I decided to reached out to NASCAIR because I trusted and valued their service technicians knowledge. I've use NASCAir previously for routine servicing of my HVAC and felt their professionalism and technical expertise was the right choice to completely replace of my entire HVAC system. When they showed up, Santos, Aiden and Norman was part of the crew of 5 that was very professional and explained in detail all work needed to be done. “Dylan notified me that he was on his way to my home to do the Semi-Annual Maintenance. He was personable and professional. He explained what he was going to do and proceeded to do the service. Dylan completed the job and then communicated his findings. The HVAC System did well. I will see him again when he does our next Semi-Annual Maintenance. Two months later, my almost thirteen year old HVAC System decided that it was no longer going to cool my home. Dylan fit me into his already packed schedule and tested the system thoroughly. He found a burnt wire on the capacitor and replaced it. The system would not start up no matter what he tried. He informed that I needed to replace part of my system. The furnace was operational at the time. I decided that the furnace was as old as the rest of the HVAC System and would have him replace the entire system rather than have him come back when the furnace broke down in the future. At no time did he try to up sell me. On the contrary, he told me that if I wanted I could wait and see how long the furnace would function and make a decision then. He gave me information on the various systems and offered me the opportunity to give him names of others that I might prefer. He priced them all out so I could make an educated decision. Once again he did not attempt to steer me to a higher priced system. He ordered the unit and said that he would notify me when it came in. He texted me early in the morning on the day of installation to notify me that the crew was on their way. Their work was impeccable. The house was left in perfect condition. Nobody would have known that a crew had been taking equipment into my home and then removing all of the old equipment. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. By the time they closed my front door, the cold air was blowing and the house was finally cooling. The house was at a perfect temperature in the morning. Dylan contacted me again to say that he was sending over another member of his team to ensure that the system was fully operational.
