I was having some issues with the temperatures in my upstairs Loft area. Called Phil to come out to check it out and he was able to reroute the flow from each room which helped tremendously!Thanks so much Phil for fixing this for me! We had a small issue with the initial installation, but the company came back out early (7:00 AM) the next morning to address the problem. Presnell's helped with our above-garage gameroom build-out. The owner and his team were reliable, professional, and thoughtful - always remembering that a family will be using the room. They gave suggestions and helped strategize how to make the room usable/comfortable. Services provided include tying into the current HVAC and installing two vents in the room, adding LED lights, electrical outlets, light switches, installing fan bracket and also setting up the fan (a HUGE help), as well as figuring out how to light a tricky closet space. We will be hiring them again for future projects 100%.Service: Install AC
