Shayne is an absolute genius. I couldn’t believe how hard he worked to get my old gas pack up and running. I’ve literally never met a technician who was so dedicated and determined to serve his clients. I felt that I won the lottery that he was the technician that came to help me. Amazing! The best!March 6, 2024 Alejandro came today for my ac maintenance and I was once again delighted with the care and customer service he showed. He was so thorough and polite and got me all set up for the summer. Shayne bShayne took all the time necessary to service my 3 units. He replaced a thermostat by getting one on his own so he could complete the job today while he was here. He provided advice on how to care for the units I have. He was professional but friendly and helpful. He built my confidence and admiration for the service provided by Arce so I will definitely continue to use their service team for routine maintenance and any problem I may have with my units.
