We contacted Shaun of B & H Heating and Air Services to have our thermostat moved to an adjacent wall. (This was after a different, local HVAC contractor said that he would do it, but put me off numerous times and never called when he said he would.)Shaun, on the other hand, returned calls promptly, showed up for an assessment when he said he would, arrived on time (even a bit early) to do the work, and was an overall pleasure to deal with. He also looked at my HVAC unit and gave me a fair assessment of its condition without trying to upsell anything.Where the job called for opening some drywall, he did it in the most inconspicuous area possible and repaired & spackled...read full review
I am always impressed with Rauwshauns professionalism and customer service. I have had a few issues with my old furnace (30 plus years) over the last year and he is able to quickly ( day of or next day) come to my house, diagnose and resolve the issue. He also explains what the issue is and what he does to repair. Prices are more than reasonable. I also appreciate the fact that he follows up via text the next morning to see if still working as expected.
