Platinum replaced an A/C system for me 2.5 years ago, and everything went well. I needed my local area service tech (who's servicing the Warwick/Cranston area) to come out and have a look at something. He's a nice guy, arrived early, made a great impressions, was very helpful, and for that reason I'll continue to use Platinum for maintenance and other stuff. My first time at this barbershop and won't be my last Joseph did some really clean straight razor work. They really take care of the client with hot towel, face massage, eyebrow trim and clean up and then top off with shampoo with conditioner treatment. Be back!!!

Nick has a great shop. Pretty much every haircut I have here has been very high quality. It’s a clean shop. It has a bathroom and several flatscreen tvs. Most of the time they have sports or guys movies playing. Dev has done most of my haircuts and I get compliments on them almost regularly. Cant go wrong with a haircut here ?

Very relaxing and positive experience! Great first impression of the salon and staff. Wide selection of colors/polishes/gels, including OPI. I chose the Green Tea Pedicure, which included a foot soak, feet and lower leg massages [bonus was the addition of the warm rocks], cuticle work, nail shaping, exfoliation to name just a few! Everything one would expect from a pedicure and more. Sam was my technician and I was very pleased with the outcome, and the shoulder massage while my little tootsies were drying was the icing on the cake. I additionally found the prices to be EXTREMELY reasonable. I have had pedicures while on vacation all over the U.S. and throughout other countries and this visit made me feel as though I was on vacation, minus the cocktail! I will be a returning customer! Jimmy has done a fantastic job on my nails, he remembers the smallest of details every time I go. His wife Tammy gives an amazing pedicure. I would never think of going anywhere else. This was definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had at a nail salon! And it’s only a 10 minute walk from the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I did a spa pedicure and SNS nails with tips added. They were very friendly, efficient, and my experience was very relaxing. They did massages with both the pedicure and the manicure, including a shoulder neck massage which was wonderful. Highly recommend!

I go to Tracie for my whole head foils and hair cuts. It’s really nice that a hair cut is included in my full foil as is the shampoo, blow dry and style. I have difficult hair that pulls orange for a long time and she’s knowledgeable enough to get the perfect white blonde I’m looking for. My hair cuts are always shaped, and gorgeous and this will be my hair stylist until she retires! Never pay more for less this lady is an amazing hair dresser and person. I always feel welcome and at home in her salon. Her employees are happy and so is she. Vibe checks out.

Ducy is honestly an incredible human. I’ve never gone to a “holistic” therapist but let me tell you, I was missing out. You can tell and feel the difference of your usual massage verse the holistic approach massage. Ducy was personable, she listened to everything I said. She actually listened to me talk the entire time and never once made me feel like I was annoying. I felt completely comfortable and safe with her from the second I met her. I would recommend Ducy over any massage therapist ANY DAY.The day after: Ducy actually reached out to check in on how I was feeling.

Cameron arrived promptly and on time, just as relayed to me by the office. He was 100% professional, explained what he was going to do, and the approximate cost. The finished job was just as promised.
We also obtained a seperate quote for replacing a bathroom sink with a couple of different options. We (the co-owner & myself) will make a decision on that work at a later date.

Eversource replaced my meter today and my water heater would not restart. I called Blanchard Plumbing at 230pm on a Friday and they came and drained the system, cleared the air from the line, replaced the faulty part and got it back up and running for us. Extremely nice and professional service! So glad we called them and plan to work with them again! Highly recommend ! Updating I Blanchard installed a new toilet and bathroom vanity for me - I had an appointment and they arrived on time. The plumber was extremely nice, neat, personable, professional. Did a great job and price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to work with Blanchard again in the future.
Edit to update: I have since had the pleasure of working with Blanchard on a bathroom renovation and today replacing a rotted outdoor spigot. The same tech was here both times and he is pleasant, quick, efficient, neat, thoughtful and skilled. Blanchard is very accommodating as far as scheduling goes and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job!

Called these guys this morning at 7:50am. They were at my house at 9:10am. The day before the 4th of July. James was exceptionally helpful to us when we had him stabilize a pipe in our upstairs bathroom two years ago. It's lasting well. So we called him back to fix our refrigerator line and gas line shut offs before we received new appliances. He was super quick, and very informative. Also, he was very easy to schedule with. While doing this work, he discovered a malfunction in our basement that could have caused a rupture in our water main, and was prompt in bringing it to our attention and coming to fix it.

We recently used Excellent Flooring Inc while renovating our property. We visited the store and were greeted promptly and welcomingly by an employee. We described what we were looking for and showed a picture and they offered us several samples that approximately matched the general wants we had in mind. The next time we met them we told them which sample we liked, they came over and did measurements, and soon after got to work on the job. The whole process was quick, easy, and frustration free and the job itself was done in a couple days and pricing was very competitive. I STRONGLY recommend Excellent Flooring to anybody looking for new floors.
Recently had our hardwood floors sanded and re-varnished, 10 yrs of living and a 15 months old puppy had taken their toll. Christian brothers were a delight to deal with, more than willing to work around our schedule. The job not only was finished ahead of time but the team voluntarily worked on a Saturday morning. The work itself was completed to as high a standard as we could have hoped for. Suffice to say it's akin to having new floors. Plus they left the house spotless, barely any dust to be found. I can't recommend Christian Brothers highly enough.
I recently hired Barrett Hardwood Floors to refinish badly damaged fir floors in three rooms and two hallways and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the completed work. I was plagued by mice for almost two years. I tried everything and set every trap known to man and they just kept coming. I finally caved and called a few pest control companies and most of them wanted to sell me a ridiculously expensive subscription just to set more traps. Cobra was the only one who also offered to seal and plug all the exterior holes on my house to prevent the mice from getting in, so I hired them.
It's been a year since they came out now and I haven't seen one mouse since. THE QUALITY OF LIFE IMPROVEMENT HAS BEEN THE SINGLE GREATEST RETURN I'VE EVER GOTTEN ON $600!
Had a great experience selecting a tree and some perennials. Both Brandon and Elly were fantastic. Took their time explaining things to me, walked around and pointed things out, made sure plants I purchased were safe for my dogs… would definitely recommend them!
John was great to work with. He worked with us to design what we wanted and kept in touch during the process. They repaired all damage to the lawn by their machines and our patio and fire pit came out great! Would definitely use them again

Sean obviously has a passion for his work. He goes above and beyond using advanced techniques that are bespoke to your current condition. I saw him 3 times and each time he focused in a slightly different way to leave me feeling better and ready to stay mobile. I like a stronger more sports massage approach and Sean can definitely deliver that. I highly recommend him and have had 100s of massages in my lifetime.
I booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage for my partner and I. We were greeted with smiling faces and the most peaceful atmosphere. Laura and Jane were our providers. I told Laura all about my shoulder pain and she paid extra attention to what we talked about. I knew she really got into the fascia because that evening and the next day I was a bit sore, but that's a great sign it was an effective deep tissue. Today I woke up with NO PAIN in my shoulder. I feel better than I have in a long time. Can't recommend enough, we will absolutely be back.
Truly a magnificent experience. Gioia gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She knew how to touch me with the right amount of pressure. Was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Gabrielin was so accommodating, knowledgeable and kind when I visited Fig Tree for my breach baby. She made sure I had a variety of tools to try and flip my baby and explain everything very clearly. I felt so comfortable in her space and loved my experience!
