“After trying many plumbing businesses and leaving messages, I was pleasantly surprised when the phone call that I made to Mr Rooter on Wednesday, Sept 30 was answered by a person! I got an appointment for the same day! Justin Palmer arrived at 1pm and quickly found the reason for our leaking shower! Justin was at our home until after 5pm! He removed the tub faucet and three knobs!. He replaced the faucet and installed a new metal plate with one handle for hot and cold water and the shower! The working conditions that he had were not good. To get to the bathtub, he had to get in our hall closet and work through a small space at the back! We were very happy to have both hot and cold water flowing through the new fixtures! He did a great job! We will call Mr Rooter again and ask for Justin if we ever have any more plumbing issues!”
