Went in to start looking for new flooring for my kitchen/living room. April Bateman helped me and was very knowledgable, professional, and friendly. She gave me samples to take home and see how they looked. I’d definitely go back to her in the future.

I came into lumber liquidators on Friday absolutely clueless on why my floors were rotting, and April was such an amazing help on explaining why this was the cause. She explained to me that using water to mop the floors daily will cause the wood to breakdown over time, and how using products specifically made for wood would allow for longevity For the floors. It seems like common sense but she made me feel as though I was being educated without being judged for not knowing this at 28. Thank you!
