“I showed up at 7:25 pm on a Tuesday night with my phone with a broken screen, knowing they closed at 7:30. I didn't get the name of the woman who helped me, but she offered to fix it while I waited, despite it being almost closing time, even though I said I could come back in the morning. It was amazing: while I watched, she replaced the screen and battery on my iPhone SE in 15 minutes! She didn't rush, just worked efficiently and carefully, with no wasted movement and a lot of skill and dexterity. It was marvelous to watch. The prices were good - $49 for a new battery and $79 for the new screen. The screen has had a few moments of weirdness or unresponsiveness, maybe because it's not an Apple part, but for the most part it has worked perfectly. I'm a very happy customer.”
