“In kindergarten, my son had no ability to control his emotions or regulate any disappointment. He didn't respect the rules in school, at home or on his bus. He was having a very difficult time not being first in line or losing a game...I was getting messages several day out of the school week; none of them good.
Since starting Mastery martial arts, just about 2 months ago, he had completely changed course. This gym has made so much of a difference in the short time my son has began... It's incredible! They teach respect, honesty, responsibility, empathy, consideration, power and accountability for starters...
