We had our carpets replaced upstairs and on our stairs, and had a great experience with Carpet City USA! They carry a soft, very pet-friendly, snag-resistant carpet with a 20-year warranty which is ideal for our four-pet household. They came out and measured a few days after our call and Lynn ordered our carpeting, helped us file for a rebate, and scheduled our install all within a couple of weeks. Plus, the team who came out to install, Raphael and Orbelina, were so kind and extremely nice to our pets. They didn't mind that one of my dogs and one of my cats kept inspecting their work either.
