“Ray and his team were so supportive, flexible and went over and above with a huge effort to get my family back into our home after a fire and soot issue. The team members were so polite and so well trained to follow process and take great care of my personal items while respecting the property”
“Brian was hired to help my client with a hoarding clean out to prevent an eviction. Brian's patience and compassion was above par and not something that can be taught. Brian was born to work with people and it was an honor to work with to get my client's apartment back to livable status and save their housing. It took three full days to complete the job, there were moments my client needed a break, and Brian was quick to offer support and reassure my client. I could not ask for a better person to assist with this client and I highly recommend Brian to anyone in need of cleaning services. I cannot say enough good about Brian and the progreen company. My client even with how hard it was for them to complete the clean out by the end they were very appreciative and grateful for Brian's help. Saving their housing was made possible because of Brian and his company. I am thankful I was able to work side by side with Brian on this job and know that our client is safe in their apartment. I meet a lot of people as a social worker, and Brian is definitely one of the good ones. Thank you so much!!!”
“I expected thoroughness and got it with their efficient cleanup, though the initial estimate for drying equipment was a bit off and needed adjusting after we started. They were back on track quickly once the oversight was addressed and ended up completing everything in just under three days.”
