As a homeowner and landlord, I have used Malone Plumbing several times over the years. Each time they have been courteous, professional, and honest. Before even describing your problem, they tell you their rates and the baseline of how much the visit will be. While other plumbers I've used had a 1 hour minimum with 30-60 minute increments, Malone has a 30 minute minimum with 15 minute increments, meaning if they do a job for 1 hour and 7 minutes, you're paying for 1 hour and 15 minutes instead of 1 and a half hours. Their transparency and honesty is what keeps my business. They do the job quickly and with the minimum parts needed, if any parts are needed at all. They make sure they do the job right the first time, verifying with the customer that everything is working correctly, and are well-trained for any job, big or small.
I’ve used L&F multiple times — they installed my furnace, installed my gas stove, and most recently handled a same-day furnace emergency. Every experience has been excellent. Highly recommend! Our AC stopped working on a 90+ degree Friday and Omar came out the same day. The part we needed wasn’t available until the store opened the next morning, so he went and got it first thing and came back to fix our AC. Super easy to communicate with, kept me updated on timing, and gave us some helpful tips too. Both guys were so nice and professional—and even laughed at my dad’s corny jokes on the way out 😂 Definitely will use them again!

I had an amazing experience with Provisions! I was A MOH in my sister’s wedding and requested a low romantic bun. My stylist was so patient. It was one of those days where my crazy hair was not cooperating and she worked her magic. I appreciated her honesty because the bun was just not holding. We were near the end of my session and this angel STARTED OVER because she wasn’t happy with it. She could have easily said she did her best and that was it but she rerouted. It held up all day. First time coming in for a cut. Was seen quickly, Megan was great. She took care of my son first, got him fresh and clean with a faded comb over and then got me clean with a simple fade. When I first walked in she greeted me and gave me an entire questionnaire for COVID which made me feel safe and welcomed without having to worry. I was nervous because I’ve had bad experiences with spray tans but Maria asked me in detail what exactly I wanted and made sure to mix the perfect colors to give me the perfect look for my event! Glo has quickly become my favorite tanning salon! From the moment I first stepped in, the staff were so friendly and helpful! The prices are incredible, it’s clean and their tanning booths are updated and highly effective. I’ve been to some other local salons and many seem to use older booths/bulbs. Glo just has an overall different vibe. You can tell they truly care about their business and the overall customer experience!! I’ve purchased two lotions so far and both have given me great results!
I have a gym membership that includes tanning but I still prefer taking the trip out to Glo and even got their unlimited tan summer promo. They’re just that good! 10/10 recommend! You won’t be disappointed!

Mady did my nails today. 10/10 experience. It was my first time there. All employees were happy and professional. The atmosphere was so fun and peaceful. I felt super comfortable and relaxed. I expressed that I didn’t get my nails done because other places would destroy my natural nails. My nails were done with the utmost level of care and was so satisfied that I went home, picked my mom up and brought her to get her nails and toes done.

I need pedicures regularly due to mobility issues and I’d been behind in getting it done between cost and inaccessibility in most places plus having an LGBTQIA inviting space- I called around and the basic pedicure here was reasonably priced, the staff was happy to help as needed getting me into the pedicure chair (I use a cane for short distances- a wheelchair or walker would have been a hassle to navigate in the space, but I’m sure they could figure out accommodation with advanced notice. Walkins rarely have time for, but they fit me in same day a few hours after I called. I thought they were doing one of the pricier pedicures because it involved hot stones and massage, but nope- that was basic!!! They did a great job with my horribly maintained nails, no judgement and my toes look great! I didn’t ask for clear or no polish so I’m not sure if that’s an option, but I do see that there was a review by a “Greg” so I’m guessing if your gender expression does not include colored nails, you could likely be accommodated. This is def my spot. Parking was on a semi busy street which may affect accessibility as well. Probably more so in summer.

So I went there today after booking an appointment yesterday. Don was very professional and detail-oriented. The whole experience was above board. I think I have finally found a home for my nails here in RI.

I was able to get an appt as a new client within three days. Cheryl, one of the owners, is nothing short of an absolute delight!! She listened quite intently to my request and gave me a result I could only dream of. Very, very relaxing vibe for both young and old. Giana did such a thorough job and it was so relaxing from start to finish. The bed is SO comfy and my restless legs were nice and cozy. I have never had less than an excellent experience with Tim. The nano fusion is my favorite treatment, but I have always enjoyed and benefited from everything he has recommended. My skin looks and feels incredible in the days after our visit but the effects last for weeks. His products have replaced every overpriced in my skin care routine. The vitamin C serum, eye brightening serum, and facial cleanser work better, smell incredible, and I know they come from a trusted, professional, knowledgeable source!

I had a kitchen remodel done and all pipes were replaced from the basement to the sink and dishwasher, reinstall of dishwasher and gas oven reinstalled. Bernie did a great job. Great cleanup done as well.

Had an after-hours issue with an outdoor breaker that secured all power to the house. They came out within a half hour and resolved the issue. Would recommend them in the future.
I highly recommend these guys! They were professional and did an extremely good job installing our outside lighting. Not to mention I sent them a check for our initial proposal agreement and they came back to our business and said it actually cost them less than they anticipated. They could have just cashed the original check but didnt. Extremely honest company. I will be using them again!

Jeff was so helpful in walking me through how to replace my old cabinet glides. He even helped me reinstall the new ones. It also looks like they have a great selection of laminates and solid surfacing materials. Glad I found this place. I will definitely think of them if I need cabinet parts in the future

Recently booked a last minute nail clipping for our two fur babies on a Sunday. We had concerns with leaving our dogs and their anxiousness towards new environments/salon services. We were looking for a one on one salon service where we could go in with our dogs and be there with them. The owner was supportive of the idea and allowed us to express our concerns. Our apt was with Keke and she was absolutely amazing! The Service that KeKe provided made my children feel right at home and was not afraid to handle them. Which is a plus as my dogs do rely on us humans to know that they are in a safe environment. Not only was she great with the dogs but she also made us feel comfortable with bringing our dogs in and talking to us while we were there. She was quick with the nail trimming and gave them all the love afterwards. We will be going back and becoming KeKes monthly regulars. Hopefully she is okay with having two new best friends! <3

First time at massage envy and I met with Kathy for my session, I have been having the worst sciatica pain flare up and I needed some relief so I booked an appointment same day from work & Kathy was god sent to me because she listened to every single complaint about my pains and what I have been dealing with for months and Kathy told me I can take this pain away 75% and that is what Kathy did! I finally got sleep that night after 4 days of the worse sleep in months & the next day the pain was less vicious and I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment to help maintain these flare ups ( I got the massage that focused on body pains) thank you Kathy!
