From our first meeting with Kelly May to the last day of the project, our experience has been FABULOUS! Our Project Manager, Jamie, did an amazing job. He was so thorough and neat that the 4-week project barely affected our normal activities.
The finished product is perfect, and it exceeded our expectations.

We have used Rhode Island Kitchen and Bath for three different homes over the past 6 years. Each time we have been extremely happy with their professionalism, attention to detail, follow-through and the ability to complete work exactly on time. Erika and team did an amazing job with our kitchen and office project. The timeline was detailed (we even got a binder with all the design details), you get one project manager who is on site daily to coordinate everything (and every sub contractor was friendly and professional where even if I was home alone, I was not concerned), the quality of work and attention to detail is also unmatched (one of our cabinet doors arrived slightly damaged and RIKB ordered a replacement right away). Although slightly expensive, you are paying for dependable, quality work and a seamless customer service experience.
