Trevor was very thorough, friendly, & knowledgeable. Very impressed with service as tech detailed services to perform, asked if any other issues, & surveyed basement as we found droppings for 1st time & not sure if old or new. Staff was knowledgeable, professional, listened to our concerns, and promptly remedied any problems. We immediately noticed a significant reductions in bugs, webs and mouse activity.
