“We had an incredible experience with this plumber (Richard?), and I can’t recommend him highly enough. When our hot water accessory tank failed, our usual repair team told us it would be three weeks before they could fit us in. With a family of six, that meant no hot showers, no dishwasher, and no warm water for laundry—such a bummer.

This plumber responded quickly and told us he'd come after finishing another job in the morning. That job ended up taking him all day, and when he arrived at our house at 5 PM, I fully expected him to say he'd have to come back another time. Instead, he got straight to work—and didn’t stop until 2:30 in the morning. “Perez Plumbing is the best! There was a large pool of oil leaking from an old tank onto my basement floor so I gave Moises a call on Sunday night. He called first thing Monday morning and quickly came by to check it out. He immediately arrived with his team. They drained and removed the tank and thoroughly cleaned up the floor.
