I had developed an extremely unhealthy lifestyle - I never exercised, gained a good bit of weight, and was constantly tired. I felt too self conscious to go to a gym and didn’t even know where to start. Jon never judged me and over time helped me see how possible it was to get my life back on track. Exercising has become a huge part of my routine now, and not only have I lost weight, but I have gained confidence and feel so much healthier. Jon truly cares about the people that he trains and I cannot recommend him enough!“
