“Patience, patience, patience! That’s what City Best taught me. I thought my mice problem would be a one and done, but I was so wrong. These mice were sneaky and destructive! They chewed through a thick plastic container of dog food, left droppings everywhere, and somehow climbed up into our highest cabinet. No matter what we did they outsmarted us. We tried different traps, bait, sealing up entry points. We caught a few, but more kept coming and they always found a new way into the house. We were exhausted from the cleanup and the cost of destroyed food.

Stephen from City Best Pest Control was incredible. He was patient, knowledgeable, and persistent. He found entry points we would have never thought of and followed up regularly to make sure the problem was under control. We paid for the quarterly pest maintenance package, but anytime the mice came back, so did Stephen (without an extra charge). He worked tirelessly and I can FINALLY say we are mouse-free! Tim was out today 5/6/2022 and did the monthly inspection and sprayed. Unbeknownst to me, there was a sign of mouse again. He checked all bait stations and traps. Hopefully the virtue critter will go back outside.

Vernon was out last visit and took care of my everything. He even gave me some interesting information.

Jeff was out today, 9/17/24 and replaced all the bait stations that needed it and added one for the garage since he noticed some signs of activity.

“Bought a house that turned out to be infested with millions of carpet beetles that flew throughout the house. Pesticide companies promised a 70% success rate, if I vacuumed the entire house including furniture and shelves, and washed all my clothes in hot water and threw them inside a dryer at high heat for 1 hour. Many of them advertised "fumigation", but none of them actually used gas; they all just spray pesticides along the baseboards.
Finally found Western Fumigation. Very professional, very thorough, very expensive. Required 2 treatments with Vikane gas, 2 weeks apart. Sealed the entire house exterior with tarps beginning at 9AM; I was able to re-enter the house at 8PM the next day. They left the house exactly as they found it with nothing damaged whatsoever. Every living plant and insect inside the house was dead....perfect!!! I can't recommend them highly enough“
