Our technician Robert Schwager is always pleasant and professional. We get so much feedback from our residents about the work that he is performing and the comfort that they have experienced days after treatment.
Lewis was great! He got in touch with me right away and put me on the schedule quickly. He inspected the house, inside and out, looking for holes that mice might have a way of getting in. He moved our oven and found a dead mouse and could pinpoint that it was probably dead 6-12 months. He set up new traps around the house in key points where a mouse would go. He already made an appointment to come back in a week to check the traps and if anything is caught he will remove it and add more traps. We have worked with other pest control companies before and they were not as hands on as he is.
