When our carpenter opened up our bathroom wall and found a family of rats living behind it, Mark dropped everything to come out and treat the problem. He went above and beyond to rid us from the rat problem. Its been six months and we haven't seen a single rodent in or around our house. Highly recommend this company.
I had a great experience with Northern Exterminating Company. I noticed some wood dust and was worried about termites, so I called them and they came out the same day.
Mark was extremely professional and honest. Instead of trying to sell me on unnecessary treatments or packages, he took the time to assess the situation and explained that it was most likely just rotted wood. He recommended I contact a general contractor instead and walked me through the risks and what he’s been seeing in the neighborhood lately.
What really stood out was that he gave me all of this advice and didn’t charge me anything. That level of honesty is rare. Highly recommend.
