I contacted Modern Exterminating last week to arrange a home visit to my apartment. I started seeing cockroaches - half dead and dead because my cat caught them and killed them. I thought they were coming up through the heat vent in my dining area. I met Ben at my complex today. He did a complete inspection, and agreed with me that they are probably coming up through the holes in the area surrounding the heating pipe. He sprayed behind the sofa, and both heat vents in the dining area. He also put a paste inside the vents. VERY nice young man. I chose Modern because I live in Folcroft and I've passed their office on MacDade Blvd. countless times, and the came to mind first....read full review
