Always polite and knowledgeable in all parts of their service! Great service and totally willing to work with you. The best part is, I had wasps in my house, who had made a nest inside the wall, they took care of them on a different visit, no extra charge. And it was a LOT of wasps. My neighbors had people come out several times and were still dealing with them. Moxie took care of it in one visit and continues to monitor. No more ant problems either, thank goodness. They were driving me nuts and our first reason to set up regular appointments. Would highly recommend.

Jihad was the first moxie service rep where they knocked on our door and asked how things were going. I was able to let him know that we had been seeing some beetles in the house so he could treat some rooms inside on top of out. He was also very knowledgeable and let us know not to bring our little ones in the rooms that were treated, which we appreciated.

We have quarterly exterior treatments to prevents wasps in the siding (which solved the original problem and has kept them away for years) and recently had a re-service at no cost, to treat nuisance ants inside our home. The technician, Jihad, was pleasant, explained each treatment he was using and how it worked, and answered our questions about safety of the products for use around our pets and family.
