So glad that I found Baxter Pest Control while looking for service for an annoying moth issue in a row home. Not only did I receive extermination treatment, my house has been sealed and caulked to hopefully prevent further intruders. John was always on time and knowledgeable with the situation, with suggestions that helped as well. Not to mention, always understanding of your feelings and spends time with hundreds of questions when needed to be asked.
Katina is always prompt with scheduling and calls back, if needed. She is understanding as well of a client’s feelings when your home is being invaded by annoying unwanted pests.
Called them and they came out within 2 days. They did they job and was professional the whole time. Even gave me Information about the chemicals that was being used. Ever since i haven’t had a problem. That was about 3 months ago
