Harpoon Pest Solutions responded to my request promptly and scheduled treatment the very next day!Keith Grinnage from Harpoon Pest Solutions is very organized and professional. The yellow jacket wasp was in a crack in the wall and was difficult to put out.Keith did a multi-step treatment. Although we could not see what he was doing, we could hear different noice from different equipment he was using over the infested site.As we stepped outside after 48 hours, the wasp was all gone! Jason is my regular technician he came today because I saw a mouse last night. To say Jason went above and beyond the call of his job just doesn't cover what he did. He knew as soon as I opened the door I was completely stressed out. Well let me tell you if a rodent survives in my house it will be a miracle. I call Jason "THE TERMINATOR". He searched my entire house and attic for holes nothing. Come to find after speaking to a neighbor our whole neighborhood is inundated with mice and rats. Knowing I have Jason and Harpoon Pest Solutions on my side is a big relief. Jason deserves a big raise for all he does. He's one in a million.Service: Rodent extermination
