I’ve had every possible kind of rodent that he has dealt with over the years. Besides the basics, he just spent with his team, countless hours cleaning up the mess that squirrels did in our attic. He was also able to stop the expansion of damage by putting a gel on the holes that they had dug into our barge board by our gutters, which was the actual initial access point. The gel would get on the squirrels fur and they hated it so much that they wouldn’t go back in the hole. So that’s how we were able to stop the whole family from setting up their condo up there.

Attached is the photo of the squirrel damage that let them eventually access our attic. This was hidden on a back communal fire Alley so we had no idea, but he was able to track it down seal this hole and finally have our nightmare come to an end! Thank you, Ozzie for being there and helping us have peace of mind again!
